We have been working on identifying rhymes in oral language. We've been listening to the Down by the Bay songs (listed below)

The children illustrated one of the rhymes from these songs their visual journal.
We are learning about el día de los muertos (The Day of the Dead). Here is some vocabulary we are learning:
- la calavera (skull)
- la vela (candle)
- las flores (flowers)
- la comida (food)

We began creating Calavera art. We will post a picture once they are complete :)
